Ankle sprains are a very common injury we treat here at CPT. The most common ankle sprain is an inversion sprain which happens when your foot gets turned towards the other foot and stretches the tendons and ligaments on the outside of the ankle, causing the injury. Plantar Fasciitis is another injury we often treat that deals with the fascia band on the bottom of the foot. Achilles Tendonitis is an overuse injury that we treat that will cause the Achilles tendon along the back of your calf and ankle to become inflamed. This inflammation will cause:

Physical therapy can help to treat all of these foot and ankle conditions! With a plan of care customized to your needs, we will work to give your stretches, exercises and use hands-on techniques to restore your range of motion, regain your strength, and get you back to all of your daily activities without limitations. We will also teach you ways to prevent the injury from happening again in the future.
