The most common ankle sprain is an inversion sprain which happens when your foot gets turned towards the other foot and stretches the tendons and ligaments on the outside of the ankle, causing the injury. Many different degrees of ankle sprains can determine how bad the injury is or how much damage has been done to the tendons and ligaments.

Plantar Fasciitis is another injury we often treat that deals with the fascia band on the bottom of the foot. The facia is a thick band that runs along the bottom of your foot from your heel to the base of your toes. It is designed to assist you in walking. With plantar fasciitis, this band becomes inflamed, and you will notice:
Achilles Tendonitis is an overuse injury that we treat that will cause the Achilles tendon along the back of your calf and ankle to become inflamed. This inflammation will cause:
